** 拡張子.phpのファイルのコンテキストメニューにVimで開く（Open with Vim）項目を追加 [#tf8ac307]
- regedit.exeを起動する
- HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.phpを開く
- (既定)のデータを確認する（ここでは"php_auto_flie"となっている）
- HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\php_auto_file\shellを開く
- キーを新規作成して、キー名を"Open with Vim"とする（キー名は任意に決めて良い）
- HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\php_auto_file\shell\Open with Vimを開き、キーを新規作成して、キー名を"command"とする
- (既定)のデータを"C:\App\Vim\gvim.exe" "%1"とする
- 全ての拡張子に適用するにはHKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.phpではなくHKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\*\shell以下にOpen with Vimキーを作成して、同様にする
