ファイルに出力

 dir | tee "C:\tmp\result.txt" | ft -a

変数に出力

 $result = $null
 dir | tee -Variable result | ft -a

• 上の場合、$resultはSystem.IO.FileInfoオブジェクト。テキストではない。
